On Thursday November 28, 2024, 100 Women Who Care Centre Wellington presented a cheque for $12,500 to Groves Memorial Hospital Foundation.

Winter 2023
On Monday December 4th, 100 Women Who Care Centre Wellington presented a cheque for $11,800 to Aboyne Rural Hospice. Aboyne will be the location for a new ten bed residential Hospice to support all of rural Wellington County, including Wellington North and Centre Wellington residents. For the project to move forward, Aboyne Rural Hospice will need to fundraise $2.5M before the Ministry of Health will approve the project. This initial proof of community support is a crucial step in bringing hospice care closer to home.
